Requirements:

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and exceptional attention to detail.

Steven & Jane London is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom/Online Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing tailored advice and creating an excellent, seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and expert advice on fashion and style to customers, primarily through digital channels (email, chat, phone).

  • Assist customers with sizing, fit, and styling recommendations, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and helpful.

  • Support the presentation of the showroom/fulfillment area, ensuring all clothing items are handled and prepared for shipment attractively and professionally (if applicable).

  • Handle customer inquiries, manage returns processes, and provide solutions with excellent service.

  • Support daily operational activities related to online order fulfillment and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury fashion E-commerce industry.
