Return Policy

At Steven & Jane London, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Should you wish to return a product, this document clearly outlines our return policy and procedures.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timely Request: You must register your return request via email within 14 calendar days after physically receiving the item.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original saleable condition. All original tags and labels must still be attached.

  • Trying On vs. Wearing: Trying on garments is permitted, but items must not have been worn outside of this context.

  • Exclusion for Multiple Sizing: The purchase of the same product in multiple sizes with the express intention of returning the non-fitting items is strongly discouraged. Such returns may be subject to review.

  • Return Costs: All return shipping costs, including international postage, customs fees, duties, and handling charges, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Register Your Return: Send an email to info@stevenjanelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Receive Return Address: We will provide you with the specific return address. Please note that this address may belong to one of our international logistics partners or suppliers (often located in Asia).

  3. Ship the Item: You must send the article back at your own expense. We strongly advise using a shipping method that includes a track & trace code and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

  4. Proof of Shipment: Forward the tracking information to info@stevenandjane.com for confirmation.

Refunds

Upon safe arrival of the returned item at the specified return address and after thorough inspection and approval of the product's condition:

  • The full purchase amount (excluding the original shipping costs) will be refunded.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Liability and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, but certain responsibilities lie with the customer:

  • Delivered Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the tracking carrier if the customer claims non-receipt, provided the package was sent to the address supplied by the customer.

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, resulting in non-delivery, it remains the customer's responsibility.

  • Address Corrections: Any errors in the shipping address must be reported to info@stevenandjane.com within 24 hours of placing the order to ensure corrections can be made.
